Return Policy on the Website iverylab.com


We strive to provide our customers with only high-quality products, but we understand that in some cases there may be a need for a return or exchange. Please review the rules and conditions of return that apply on our website.

1. Return Conditions

You can return or exchange a product if the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been used, its marketable condition, consumer properties, original packaging, and complete set have been preserved.
  • No more than 14 calendar days have passed since receiving the order.
  • You have proof of purchase (receipt or electronic document).

2. Non-returnable Items

According to the law, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items of proper quality that have individually defined properties (e.g., opened packaging or broken seal).
  • Products related to personal hygiene or health if the packaging has been opened (including dietary supplements and vitamins).

3. Return Procedure

 

  1. Contact our support service via email info@iverylab.com or by phone +498004008101. Indicate the reason for the return, attach a photo of the product (if necessary), and provide the order details.
  2. After confirming the possibility of a return, you will be provided with information on further actions.
  3. Return the product to the specified address using a courier service or postal service convenient for you. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer (except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered by mistake).
  4. After receiving and checking the product, we will process a refund or exchange.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are made to the same payment method you used when placing the order, within 5-10 business days after the return is confirmed.
  • In the case of returning a defective product or our error, the return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
